Dr. Jamie Adams is an Associate Professor of Neurology in Movement Disorders at the University of Rochester Medical Center. Her research focuses on leveraging wearable sensors, smartphone applications, and telemedicine to develop objective, patient-centered measures for Parkinson’s and Huntington’s disease. By integrating these digital health technologies, Dr. Adams’ work supports drug development and clinical care for patients with neurodegenerative conditions. Dr. Adams graduated from Princeton University and received her MD from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry, completing her neurology residency at the University of Pennsylvania and a specialized fellowship in movement disorders at Rochester.
